No official story plots were released yet. In this film Tom Cruise and company wouldn't delve into what "Ghost Protocol" means or -- shocker! -- what the film's plot entails, they were more than happy to part with a few thoughts on filming in Dubai, which is know for it futuristic look and for boasting the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa.
"Dubai is very cinematic so we are happy to be here," said Cruise.
"It's almost like sets that you could never afford, so we're very lucky I think to be the first in really photographing Dubai as Dubai," added Bird.
And, yes, they will be filming action sequences at -- or should I say on? -- Burj Khalifa. "I'll be spending many days, many hours on the side of this building," said Cruise. "I can't give you details, but I will be up there."
