The movie Now, previously titled I'm.mortal, is an upcoming thriller film starring Amanda Seyfried, Justin Timberlake, Cillian Murphy, Olivia Wilde, Matt Bomer, and Vincent Kartheiser. The film is written and directed by Andrew Niccol and scheduled for a October 28, 2011 release.


Story Plot:

In a not-too-distant future where the aging gene has been switched off, people must pay to stay alive. To avoid overpopulation, time has become the currency and the way people pay for luxuries and necessities. The rich can live forever, while the rest try to negotiate for their immortality. A poor young man is accused of murder when he inherits a fortune of time from a dead upper class man, though too late to help his mother from dying. So he is forced to go on the run from a corrupt police force known as 'time keepers'.

Justin Timberlake, the man known for producing some hugely popular pop songs, has injured his leg while filming 'Now', his new film which he is currently working on. Filming has had to stop while the crew wait for the singer to heal. This has come as a setback to Strike Entertainment, the film's production company.

Timberlake, was performing a stunt in the film when he injured his calf muscle. Reports claim that he is has not had the results of an MRI scan and is on crutches. It is believed Justin Timberlake will be on crutches for two weeks.

'Now' is directed by the writer/director of 'Gattaca', and Timberlake stars opposite Amanda Seyfried and Olivia Wilde in what is promising to be a futuristic affair. Despite his injury, Justin Timberlake joined his 'Social Network' classmates for a question and answer session at the Hollywood's ArcLight theatre.

Justin Timberlake is one of the most successful commercial singers in the world, with his first two albums, Justified and Futuresex/Lovesounds selling in excess of seven million copies each. Both albums spawned several hit singles.

Justin Timberlake is no stranger to acting, and played a journalist in the thriller Edison Force, and voiced Prince Arty Pendragon in the animated film Shrek The Third. He also played a young Elton John in of the star's videos.

The star always seems to be working, and if he is not acting or singing songs from his own album, he is often found collaborating with several other established artists.
