In the future, Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao and Mohammad Ali were history in boxing. Boxing will never be the same again in this film since it will no longer be a fight between humans, but a fight between machines. In this film Hugh Jackman played as Charlie Kenton, a struggling promoter of a well known sport, "robot boxing". He discovered a junk robot boxer whom he thinks, can still be a champion. Struggling to have a living, he teamed up with his son Max, played by a brilliant kid actor, Dakota Goyo, to build fix this robot boxer.
Real Steel is showing on October 2011. The film is directed by Shawn Levy (also the director of the Night at the Museum 1 and 2), and produced Dreamworks and written by John Gatins, Dan Gilroy.
